Am very lazy to blog.
My brother actually asked me to blog. Cant believe he reads this shit page. That's why he's always bugging me to stop calling him fat here.
Anyhoo, off to hong kong in less than 8hours. I'm actually thinking of the alcohol to buy home when i return =D.
This is the first time i have ever arranged to travel in less than 2 weeks. All thanks to Candice and leet for dropping the bomb before running off with FREE air tix. Don't you hate people whose parents work for SQ.

Haven blogged for a while. Am just enjoying my time at home, being very free and all that. Daddy has been asking that i get a part time job to pass the time, as well as treat it as sort of like an internship thingy. So i did call up the agent and i hope she doesnt come back with anything insurance or prudential-ish.
Caught the transformers movie last friday at filmguarde. Theater was pretty small and there was hardly anyone queueing even though i saw a lot of sold out timings. Well it was a free show since it was my mum's company family day.
Went over with my brother and we had dinner at hip diner. 1 for 1 dinner. Extremely worth it!!
 Gut buster burger!! The waiter was pretty much agog when my brother decided to order the gut buster. It's because the burger has like 12 toppings!! There's like chicken patty, ham, cheese, onion rings, cheddar, egg, pickle, mushroom, bacon, and i forgot the rest .He had trouble eating it because its so obvious that he cant open his mouth that big. But he actually finished it. So someone give a clap to the tubby chap please.
With regards to the movie, i actually felt that the first part was better. Hardly any explosive actions by the autobots. In fact they were pretty much trashed by the decepticons.
Oh and spoiler!!
Its very pissing that bumblebee had much less to do. He doesn't appear much during the bigger fights. Like why??? And it was a dumb move to 'kill' off optumus prime and thereby making him mia from almost the entire show until the end. Boooooo....
Honestly, bumble bee's prolly the only transformer thats really great to watch in the movie. I didnt really like that character in the cartoons last time because he was such a boxy looking beetle car, and he was a real noisy,wise-cracking annoying character. But the movie gave him a really awesome makeover, and i think its partly because he doesn't need to talk which is why i like him so much more now.
Or maybe because he's like a 2nd wall.e
But the movie was still alright. If you are more into the enemies. And the robots talk a lot of crap in this movie. It's as if they took a lame tablet or something. Someone did not do a good job with their lines.
Oh and there was a terminator moment when they had this girl, who's actually a decepticon and she started morphing back into a robot. Very terminator la! Funny how both movies had a little of each other in them.
Alright, am pretty sian of typing. Am going off to watch tv. Zoo tomorrow with zinky zinc! Think its been 2 years so its safe to go visiting again.

Dream a little dream of me
i had this dream last night.
I dreamt that i was on an airplane to Switzerland.
And then somehow, i ended up on the swiss alps. And it was gorgeous and just beautiful there.
So i started running around, very ala the-hills-are-alive-with-the-sound-of-music style, and then i saw a wedding at the foot of the hills. Hopped over to join in the fun and guess what, the happy couple turned out to be Jeslene and her BF!!!!
Very very weird! And then jes started saying that she's going to be migrating there to Switzerland, and that she and her new hubby are going to be living in the alps, in a woody-looking house that her BF built. LOL!!!
And her wedding food was everything goat cheese!!
Goat cheese cake. Goat cheese lasagna. Goat cheese casserole.
And then i dreamt of something else which i cannot remember but i vaguely remember it being something about murder on an island. Right.
This is what happens when you have been reading and explaining the story of Heidi to a student during english tuition a day before, and at the same time, be an avid fan of harper's island.
Awesome!

The next time you checkout the movies at gv website and notice the ratings and reviews from those exclusive members who happen to have caught the show, AND thereby notice that they gave the movie a nasty review; Listen to their god damn review!!!
It would save your money and disappointment.
I cant believe i actually sat through one of the crappiest and shittiest movie in my extensively humble opinion, and paid 8 stinking dollars in the process.
I mean i have seen my share of crap shows, but this one takes the cake. I mean, its a god damn hollywood movie, not some low-budget Z rated movie.
I just hated the fight scenes. I cannot BELIEVE that those scenes were choreographed by the experts from crouching tiger hidden dragon. Were they on crack when they wrote the scenes?
Oh wait, maybe the director was high on something because he decided that it would be cool to chop up all the action and then piece them together in disjointed links to hide the fact that he did a lousy job directing the fight scenes. I see better editted videos on youtube!!!
CG was BLAH.
The blood resembled red cockroaches. Does the blood droplets have to be that huge?
Monsters looked like the swamp monster. Hellooo... creativity.. are you dead?
And the show was soooooo anti-climated!! I suspect they killed off the 'strongest and most powerful demon' within 10 seconds becuz the japanese actress playing the character was just terrible at the english dialogues. It was painful for us, and embarrassing for her.
Nutshell: Crap show.

Am still a little peeved that the japan trip got cancelled. Oh i'm just peeved that i cant travel anywhere this year. SUCKS!
Am hoping that august will be a better time since mother says we may take a family vacation somewhere but its still dependent on the stupid virus.
Seriously, i think that this virus can be eradicated more efficiently if every single country just stop the airlines from flying around, well, mainly the states since so far majority of the infected come from there.
Anyhoo, will be away for the weekend. Free hotel stay beats staying at home.
Movie with the girls on sunday.
Dad is currently playing the wii with my brother. They are having a ball without me. I need to get out there now.

I love my parents. Daddy was awesome with the idea and i know he will be enjoying his time at home a LOT more now.

I am soooo relieved that the exams are finally over!!! IT's OVERRR..... I'm at the end of the rainbow.... And i'm gona celebrateeeee!!!
Am a bit worried about poa because i think i may have screwed them up by not completing a 20m question plus the front questions but its all water under the bridge now and i shall only worry about it in 3 months time.
And the greatest way to celebrate the holidays is to catch a midnight movie with the whole family = D
Convinced my mum to choose the terminator salvation since she loved the previous trilogy, but i'll be honest, i only wanted to watch it because of christian bale. If it was still centered around Arnold Schwarzenegger, i would have given it a pass.
Anyhoo, the show really exceeded my expectation. It was like watching transformers without having cars that transform into robots. I thought the show hit the climax a little too early because they had this really cool fight scene just 1hour into the show and if they had reserved that much action and CGI for the ending it might have been better.
But plot wise, it was really really good. But you'll need to have watched the previous trilogy to understand and i'll say, mum was a big fan when i was young, so part 1 and 2 are really clear to me.
Oh OH and there's this actress whose name is actually Moon BloodGood. Like Shut up! Her surname is Bloodgood? Weird.....
But anyhoo i think the show is pretty good. Even my brother understood the plot and he's bit of a doofus about storylines. I mean how many times can you watch pirates of the carribbean on disney channel and still have to keep bugging me about the storyline!! Urgh..
And my birthday is around the corner. I am so ambivalent about turning 22.
When i turn 25, i'll have a mid life crisis, and when im 30, i'll be crying my eyes out.
22 is a sucky number.
It means you're not that wholesome 21 anymore.
It just means 22. AGEING. Soon to be 23.. and soon to be 50.
And yet, when i was at singtel with my mum ; she was changing her phone to the new LG duno what that is like, a complete copycat of the iphone but still cool, and the lady asked if i was still schooling.
So i said yes.
And my mum went: No.. she's not schooling. She's in the university now.
And i was like : She asked if i was schooling, so technically i am. I mean, isnt a university also a school?
And the shop assistent went: Oh my!! I thought u were still in school. You're already in the university?
Well i thought she asked if i was still studying. I guess she meant am i still in secondary school? HAHAHAHA...
I dont really care if she mistakens if im still 16 even though daddy thinks that it means im childish looking and no grown up and just too pint size.
Like i feel fat and pint size is reserved for people like my tutees who both only weight 35kg each and call themselves super FATTY.
But whatever, If i can pass for 16, does this mean that when i'm 30, people will think i'm 24?

I am going to start panicking pretty soon. Exams in less than 2 weeks. I need to get myself together. Fuck. This is going to be the last time i get online. I cannot afford anymore distractions. Am terribly afraid of this year's exams. I am not confident.
But i need to be.
And i hope i can be.
Quick update on what i did over the past week.
Skipped class on HRM. Yes. So dead, but i really couldn't stand the lecture and that subject is simply fucked. There is no way in hell for anyone to answer the questions in such an innovated and yet concised evaluation unless i have a bloody PHD. People who get 70marks for HRM are simply not human and should have been in Havard in the first place and not god-forsaken sim.
Visited the newly revamped jurong point. As if jurong point 1 wasnt big enough, they built an extension and called it Jurong point 2. It's huge. But many of the shops in jp2 were already in existence in Tampines one. Still, they have ntuc xtra. Didnt go there in the end because after lunch, i had to rush back to give tuition.
But nessa and i did end up buying those nail art stamps. Really nice! They were actually from japan and i was kinda wondering if we would end up picking the same art again when we go to tokyo in the Daiso. That would be really .... well.. not cool.
And we had lunch at yet another japanese eatery. We have pretty much resigned to the fact that we are always eating japanese food. Was called BenTen and the menu and food looked nice but it was all a gimmick because the food was so-so.
Makes me want to go back to Mr.Curry at central.
I swear Waraku is doing exceedingly well. With Mr.Curry added to their list of resturants, its just a recipe for success. I mean, i LOVE mr. Curry. Their menu is just....amazing. Too much good food and only one stomach. I need to go back there again!!
My yummy mentaiko with mayo omelette rice with spicy curry! They actually have 4 types of curry. Including non-spicy for the chilli-haters.
Banana had the hamburger gratin. And i love the peacock origami. You get to fold it using those paper chopstick holders. Very entertaining.
Banana's peacock can be seen in the background. Classic example of epic FAIL.
All our desserts! And only 3.80 each! And its quite a lot even though i know it looks tiny. Loved the heart shaped pancakes, but i love the kitty!!! Its actually their mascot kitty since it is constantly standing next to mr.curry on their walls.
Decorated the kitty with the whipped cream they provided at the side. Chunie started it and we all got into the act. I made meself a santa kitty HOHO! Turned into a snowman kitty in the end.
I want to go back there again. Dying to try the other dishes that they have. Oh god, i may only have the time after May (ha! weak pun!). And im not too sure if i want to have any jap food by then because i want to reserve the space for the real deal when i go to japan.
T.T I just wish that i can skip to the part of going overseas without the exams.
Mugging sucks.
